Countryside Alliance - love the countryside

The Countryside Alliance would like to say a huge thank you the brave members of this year London Marathon team. The team managed to complete the 26.2 mile course in the following times:

On Sunday 25th April a six-strong team of country lovers will tackle the gruelling Virgin London Marathon to raise funds for The Countryside Alliance Foundation. Read on to meet the team and click here to sponsor them - the best of luck to them all.

Congratulations to Jim and Diana Pickford, the winners of the2009 Ltd Edition Centenary Morgan Draw. The Pickfords collected their Morgan from Richard Thorne Classic Cars near Reading last week and have already been driving their beautiful new Morgan with the roof down in the spring sunshine.

The Morgan Draw is back by popular demand for 2010 with the Morgan 4/4 Sport – a new model which continues the record breaking production run of the iconic Morgan 4/4.

Congratulations to Mr Pickford of Calne, Wiltshire, who has won the Countryside Alliance Centenary Morgan Car Draw. The winning ticket was drawn by Laurence and Jackie Llewelyn-Bowen at the Countryside Raceday at Cheltenham on the 13th November 2009. Thank you to everyone who supported us and bought a ticket – better luck next year!
