COUNTRYSIDE ALLIANCE

A big thank to all members who came to visit us and those that signed up to become new members on our stand at the Highland Fieldsports Fair at Moy Hall near Inverness on Friday And Saturday 3rd and 4th. 
Thanks also to those who helped on stand on both days Pat Macdonald , Linda Entwistle and Allan Murray.
We ran a raffle each day and winners announced at Gamefair each day were Mrs S Nangle from Portlethen Aberdeenshire on Friday and Mr Raymond Roberts from Tarlogie near Tain in Ross-shire. Arrangements are being made to get the prizes to the winners as soon as possible.
The show consisted of two lovely days weather wise with good crowds on both days. Lots of visitors to the Gamefair also enjoyed the presence of the Buccleuch Hounds, and huntsman Trevor Adams with his young whipper in performed in the ring to a commentary by Mr Allan Murray to explain what hunts do, how they operate whether footpacks or mounted, and also their importance within rural communities.
