The Virgin Money London Marathon is on 26th April 2015 and the Countryside Alliance will be fielding a team - do you want to run for the countryside? If you are interested please get in touch with Hattie on hattie-roger-smith@countryside-alliance.org or 0207 840 9207 for an application form. We require all runners to raise a minimum of £2000.

Congratulations "Team Alliance" for completing the Virgin London Marathon

Big congratulations to our London Marathon team,who all completed yesterday's race. Fastest was Jeremy Sudlow, who finished in 3hrs 9mins, closely followed by Davina Greenwell at 3hrs 30mins and Sharon Baldwin in 3hrs 55mins. Our Portman pair - Charlie Gundry and Thomas Baker - acheived 4hrs 40mins and 4hrs 10mins respectively. And Hannah Treliving finished in 5hrs 20mins, followed by Emily Acland in 6hrs 1min. London Wine Auction Dinner raises £185,000 for Countryside Alliance

The Countryside Alliance’s London Wine Auction Dinner on Wednesday night  (8 October) at the Victoria and Albert Museum was another record-breaking event, raising around £185,000 for the Alliance.
Three hundred guests tucked into a sumptuous meal, sponsored by Roxtons Field Sports, that included seared scallops, fillet of venison and a Fortnum & Mason cheese selection accompanied by superb wines.
