Assistant General Manager
We are looking for a versatile, presentable person with good people-management and organisational skills. Based at our facility near Carmarthen in West Wales, you will be working with a team of eight nationalities. You will be assisting to manage 11 staff houses and offices, a 280 acre livestock farm, a falcon breeding stud producing and exporting 300 falcons per year and conservation and event management teams in Asia and the Middle East. This is an exciting position for someone looking for a challenging role with every day different to the last. Of course we expect good IT and communication skills. You will also have a clean driving licence, an EU passport, and be able to undertake international travel. Experienced Falcon Aviculturalists
Our falcon breeding stud is expanding and we would like to build strength in our aviculture team. You should have a proven track record in breeding birds of prey, both as natural pairs and as imprints. The job is based in a rural location near Carmarthen in West Wales, with a high quality of life. You will be a non-smoker, with a clean driving licence and a valid permit to work permanently in UK.
