600g minced venison, 1 large red onion sliced into rings, 100g diced onion, 20g flour, 5g ground cumin, 4 flat field mushrooms, 5g tomato ketchup, 20g stilton mayonnaise, 5g hp sauce, Milled salt & pepper, 4 ciabatta rolls.
- Place the mince, seasoning, onion, cumin. ketchup, and hp in a bowl and mix together
- Form four bugers from the mix and place into the refrigerater
- Fold the onion ring through the seasoned flour and shallow fry until golden brown
- Grill the burgers and mushrooms under a hot grill for three to four minutes each side
- Spread the ciabatta with the stilton mayonnaise and place in the mushroom and burger
- Serve with some mixed leafs and the onion rings
