This latest guidance has been issued by the Hunting Office.

England

Organised outdoor sporting activities, including hunting, can take place across Tiers 1, 2 and 3 in England providing they continue to be conducted in a Covid-secure manner.

Tier 3 Areas: People should not travel into or out of a Tier 3 area to participate in hunting activities (excluding Hunt Staff who can travel out of a Tier 3 area to carry out hunting-related work). This restriction includes travelling into or out of an adjacent Tier 3 area.

Tier 4 Areas:  Hunting activities should cease in any Tier 4 areas in England (effective immediately). Those resident in Tier 4 areas should not travel out of a Tier 4 area to participate in any hunting activities in other tiers.

Wales

Hunting activities in Wales ceased as of 20th December, when the whole of Wales moved to Alert Level 4.

All those resident in Wales, should not participate in any hunting activities (this includes travelling to England or Scotland).  This also includes all hunt staff, volunteers and hounds who should not travel out of Wales to go hunting.

Scotland

Scotland will be placed into Alert Level 4 on 26th December so all hunting activities in Scotland should cease from 00:01 on Saturday 26th December.

As of 26th December, all those resident in Scotland should not participate in hunting activities (this includes travelling to England).  This also includes all hunt staff, volunteers and hounds who should not travel out of Scotland to go hunting.

We will provide any further updates as soon as they become available.
