  • 12 Venison Sausages

  • 10ml Rapeseed Oil

  • 500ml Yorkshire Batter

  • 20g Chopped Sage


Heat a roasting tray and sear the venison sausages in the oil. Add the chopped sage and season. Pour in the yorkshire batter and bake in a hot oven 220ºC for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve´╗┐.
