CA Pol Roger Hunt Tumblers' Club competition now closed

Written by Countryside Alliance | 13 November 2015

The competition is now closed for the 2015/16 season - results will be made public later in the Spring.

Following the success of the 2014/15 competition, the Countryside Alliance and Champagne Pol Roger are delighted to team up for the second year running with their national Hunt Tumblers' Club competition.

The competition closed on 1st March 2016. The best three photos will be chosen by a judging panel featuring representatives from Pol Roger, the Countryside Alliance and The Field, alongside three-day eventer Harry Meade. A winning tumbler and photographer will be awarded a magnum of Pol Roger champagne while second and third placed tumblers and photographers will each receive a bottle of Pol Roger. These three top placed photos will also feature in the summer 2016 edition of the Countryside Alliance magazine and on the Pol Roger website. In addition, a 'top tumbler' will then be chosen from the final three photos with both the tumbler and photographer receiving a special glass tankard from Pol Roger.

Terms and conditions of the competition as run: The Countryside Alliance and Pol Roger will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person or horse featured in our competition. Both parties support best practice and therefore will not accept any photos that place the horse or rider at undue risk of serious injury, or any riders who are not taking the necessary safety precautions whilst out hunting. Please DO NOT send us your photo if serious injury has occurred as a result of the fall. This competition is run in the purest spirit of fun and enjoyment.
