The specially crafted silk ties are manufactured for the Alliance by McDade’s, a Glasgow-based family business which has been involved in producing our distinctive ties for almost half a century, having begun with the British Field Sports Society.

Unlike traditional silks, the quality silk used for the Countryside Alliance line is of a higher pick which allows McDade’s to weave in the intricate sporting animal and bird motifs into the fabric.
