Put rural Wales on the political map

Wales is under the spotlight as the country prepares for the 2026 Senedd election. Whilst it may feel some way off, the political groundwork is already being laid, candidates are emerging and battles for key seats are already taking shape.

The Countryside Alliance in Wales is preparing its manifesto: a clear and practical statement of priorities for rural Wales that we will place in front of every candidate from every party well ahead of polling day. This manifesto will set out what really matters to rural communities but we cannot do it without you.

We are asking our members to help shape this vital document by completing a short survey. Your views will ensure that the needs and voices of rural Wales are impossible for politicians to ignore.
