It's the final week of training for our Virgin Money London Marathon team, who will be lining up in Greenwich Park on Sunday – 24 April.
But there's still time for you to show them your support with a sponsorship donation.
Thomas Eyles: London-based financial planner Tom has an incentive to run the London Marathon faster than his personal best, as one of his sponsors has promised him 315 pints in his local pub if he can do it in under 3hr 15min! So far Thomas has raised £320 for the Alliance. You can help him hit his target here.
Emma Larminie: Speech and language therapist Emma works on the stroke ward of Clatterbridge Hospital on the Wirral. Emma has so far managed to raise £2,519 for the Alliance, with a charity clay shoot and BBQ and pub quiz – a fantastic effort! You can sponsor Emma here
Eleanor Martin: VWH follower Eleanor works for her family's woollen weaving business in Witney, Oxon. So far she has raised £1,278 towards her target of £2,000 for the Alliance. You can sponsor Eleanor here
Rachael Ward: Chartered surveyor and land agent Rachel works for Fisher German and has completed a number of half-marathons in the past. So far she has raised £1,236 for the Alliance. Help her reach her target here
Sophie Dale: Book-keeper and keen baker Sophie has so far raised £677, including by selling her DVD and CD collections. Sponsor Sophie here
Penny Middleton Burn: Pub owner Penny's claim to fame is stripping down in Parliament Square as part of the campaign against the Hunting Act – which earned us big publicity in the newspapers. Now she's running for the cause and has so far raised £671. Sponsor Penny here
Mark Simpson: Mark, who runs a tourist attraction and wedding venue in Devon, set himself a very high fundraising target of £5,000 – but he's well on his way to achieving it, having raised £3,452 so far. Mark is also racing ahead with his training for the race, having completed the Weymouth half-marathon last month in less than two hours. Sponsor Mark here
Phoebe Taylor: Point-to-pointer rider Phoebe has so far raised £818 for the Alliance. Help her pass the winning post by sponsoring her here.
