Highland school defies death threats by continuing to post footage online of classroom butchery less

Kingussie high school teacher Rachel Richards defy deaths threats from "animal rights activists" as she and pupils demonstrated how to skin and butcher a rabbit in home economics class, before turning it into a jalfrezi curry. In footage uploaded online, the pupil shows classmates how to prepare the carcass for the pot. Last week a cookery class prepared and cooked grouse from scratch, with the school again sharing the images online.

Despite the Vegan Corporate Projects claims of "scenes straight out of a horror movie" the images and ethos received widespread support across social media platforms. Well done to all who recognised the efforts of Mrs Richards. A true rural hero.
