Top fishing talents Marina Gibson and James Stokoe become Fishing for Schools Ambassadors

We are delighted to welcome two of the UK's top fishing talents to the Fishing for Schools fold – James Stokoe and Marina Gibson have agreed to be Fishing for Schools Ambassadors.

James is a professional salmon fishing guide on the River Tyne and winner of the 2015 BBC 2 fishing competition Earth's Wildest Waters - The Big Fish. He and his fellow Untamed Anglers are currently working on a new fishing show Britain's Iconic Fish, in which they shall travel the length and breadth of the country in search of some of the most incredible species that inhabit our waters and the characters that have spent a lifetime chasing them. Our very own Charlie Jardine is in the episode featuring the grayling!

Marina lives in North Yorkshire but guides fishing on the River Test, she is a freelance writer for fishing and hunting magazines, hosts trips worldwide, guides in the UK, is a consultant for the London Fly

Fishing Fair and an ambassador for the Atlantic Salmon Trust and Orvis. A busy lady!

We welcome Marina and James aboard and look forward to their help in promoting Fishing for Schools!
