Warwickshire ride raises £1500 for Forage Aid

Congratulations to the Warwickshire Hunt whose supporters have raised over £1500 for flood-hit Somerset farmers via a charity ride. Organiser Ian McConnel reports: Nearly 30 riders joined us for the circuit from Brailes to Sutton, Stourton, Whichford, Traitors Ford and back. Due to considerable generosity we have, so far, nearly over £1,500 - and more has been pledged. A particular thanks to Vicki at The George, Brailes, who generously gave the Stirrup Cup, to send us on our way, and Tim at the Norman Knight, Whichford who provided very welcome mid term refreshments. They provided these refreshments free - as their " donations" to Forage Aid." Ian will be at meets this week taking further collections for Forage Aid. Thanks to all involved.
