Having looked at my BBQ that sat in pieces in its box for several weeks, I took the plunge and assembled it last weekend. But what to cook? I have discovered a local butcher to me in Walworth London who specialises in game. So, with this intense heat due to continue into the weekend, I thought it would be handy to refresh some of our tasty BBQ suitable dishes from the Game to Eat campaign.
